Belgium Waffle Mix offers crispy outside and soft inside of waffle. It can be produce with fermentation or without.
a) Without fermentation
1. Mix Belgium Waffle Mix 100g, milk 50-60g, butter 20-25g and whole egg 17g.
2. Pour paste into the pre-heated waffle maker, bake for 3-5 minutes.
1. Mix Belgium Waffle Mix 200g, whole egg 50g, milk 50g, dry yeast 8g, butter 50g and sugar 40g into a dough.
2. Place 1-2 hours for fermentation (recommend fermentation environment temperature at 25-30 ℃).
3. Place the dough into the pre-heated waffle maker, bake for 4-5 minutes.
