Soufflé Premix has a creamy flavor and offers a soft texture, which is easy to make. It can topping with fruits, honey, and cream, it is also the most popular afternoon tea dessert.


  1. 1. Prepare 3 egg yolks(60g) and add 40g of water, then mix with cooking oil 15g and Soufflé Premix 50g
    2. Take a clean bowl, put 3 egg white(120g), Cream of Tartar 1g (If there is no Cream of Tartar, you can use lemonade instead), add 30g of sugar in batches, then whisk until it turn into stiff peak. 
    3. Take a few mixtures of step 2 mixes with the mixture of step 1, then pour it back to the mixture of step 2 and stir it.
    4. Put the batter on the pre-heated frying pan (160 ℃), cover and fry one side for 2-3 minutes, then flip to another side and fry for 2-3 minutes.
