Add in Sponge Cake can build a delicate and silky structure, and can present the similar fluffy texture as Foam Type Cake. It can be store in freezer for 2 months, the taste will stay the same. It can also be used with Invert Syrup for Cake.


  1. Quickly whip Sponge Cake Enhancer 30g, Plain flour 250g, icing sugar 450g and whole egg 550g for 4 minutes, until the proportion reach 0.35-0.37.
  2. Add milk 50±2g , cooking oil 60g, and melted butter 60g, then slowly whisk for 1 minute, pour into the baking mold.
  3. Set the oven to upper temperature 190℃, lower temperature 155℃, then bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the baking mold and cool it down.
