Finished product storage: 

Freeze: Store in normal room temperature for 1-2 days. Store in fridge for 7-10 days. Store in the freezer for 2 months.

Bake: Store in normal room temperature for 14 days (vacuum packaging).

Description

The white mix powder can be formed into white soft product which is suitable for moon cake (Pin Pe) and Japanese Wagashi wrapping.

Application

Application (Bake):

    1. Mix and boil water 100g, Glucomalt Syrup 60g, and shortening 15g. Pour the boiled liquid into Pin Pe Powder (Wagashi) 100g and blend into dough.

    2. Divide dough into 20g per unit, filling 30g each.

    3. Bake at temperature upper 190℃/down 170℃ for 12-15 mins.

Application (Freeze):

    1. Mix and boil water 100g, Glucomalt Syrup 60g, and shortening 15g. Pour the boiled liquid into Pin Pe Powder (Wagashi) 100g and blend into dough.

    2. Divide dough and filling 1:1.

    3. Keep in freezer, serve in cool.
