Description

  The white mix powder can be formed into white soft product which is suitable for moon cake (Pin Pe) and Japanese wagashi wrapping. 

Application

Application (A)_

1. Mix and boil Glucomalt Syrup 60g, water 100g, and shortening 15g.          

2. Pour the boiled liquid into Wagashi Mix powder 100g and blend into a dough.

3. Divide dough into 15-17g per unit, filling 39g per filling. Wrapping and shape in mold.

4. Bake at temperature upper190℃/lower 170℃ for 12 mins.

 

Application (B)_

1. Mix and boil Glucomalt Syrup 60g, water 100g, and shortening 15g.                

2. Pour the boiled liquid into Wagashi Mix powder 100g and blend into dough.

3. Divide dough and filling 1:1. Wrapping and shape in mold.

4. Keep in freezer, serve in cool.
