Store under a cool, dry environment for 16 months
Finished product storage: Store in normal room temperature for 1-2 days. Store in fridge for 7-10 days.
Traditional Guangzhou pastry name as White Sugar Sponge Cake. It’s section has a straight structure and white color. It can make with yeast to ferment; it’s a traditional product with slightly fermented aroma.
1. First mix White Sugar Sponge Cake Premix 100g with cold water 47g, then pour hot water 43g and mix it together.
2. Stir yeast 1.3g with warm water 4.3g, and wait for step 1 cool down to 35℃, then add it into step 2, and prepare for ferment.
3. Keep step 2 in 28℃, ferment for 1 hour. (Preheat the steamer at the last 10 minutes)
4. Steam for 25-30 minutes.
