Description

Add in the formula to adjust the pH value, improve the whipping stabilization. Fill the discrepancy of egg quality. This can help to make the finished product softer, more moisture and can extend the shelf life. Use it with Steamed Cake Mix can provide a better quality of the finished product.

Application

 Can replace the flour usage 12.5% in the formula.

Using tools:

1. Steamer: Preheat the steamer until the water boil, put the Steam Cake batter inside and turn to small fire then steam for 10-12 minutes.

2. Steam cooker: Preheat the cooker until the water boil, put the Steam Cake batter inside and steam for 8 minutes.

3. Gas Steam Oven: Preheat the oven to 90℃ then turn to small fire, put the Steam Cake batter inside and steam for 12-15 minutes.
